Another enticing crime/court drama. Series in this genre are popping up like whack a moles. Adam Desiat, teenage son of Judge Michael Desiato (played by Bryan Cranston of Breaking Bad), accidentally crashes his car into a motorcyclist and kills him. He runs away from the scene but his father (the Judge) learns of this tragedy and convinces his son to turn himself in but then has an immediate change of heart after learning the boy his son killed, was the son of a mafia lord. The Judge faces a moral dilemma as he wants his son to come clean, but understands if he does so, the mafia boss will not be that forgiving. The Judge does his best to cover his son’s tracks at every which way but in doing so, muddies the water further creating an untenable situation.
