One of the best shows I’ve watched in a while. If you are in need for something that doesn’t require too much mind effort yet still keeps you hooked and leaves you with a feel good vibe, Virgin River is it! Set in a quaint river town that boasts some gorgeous scenery, which in itself is a reason for watching, Virgin River centers around a set of characters that are part of a close knit community. Everyone gathers around “Jack’s” restaurant most evenings where gossip is rampant but friends and family meet to catch up on the days happenings. A convivial and comforting place for Virgin River residents.
Based on the #1 NY Times best selling author Robyn Carr’s “Virgin River” novels, it’s not a fluff drama, it does have teeth to it that makes it an almost perfect show. A Love story, tragedy, suspense, light moments, touching scenes and most of all, the breathtaking backdrop makes this your next binge worthy show.
