Season 2: Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon and Steve Carrell are back in the saddle in the second season of the Morning Show reprising their roles as Alex Levy, Bradley Jackson and Mitch Kessler respectively. Starts where it left off at the end of season 1 with some new developments. The tempestuous relationship between Jennifer and Reese’s characters is what makes this series a top billing.
Second season is a tad slow compared to season one but then picks up as the series progresses. Always get the feeling the Morning Show cast take themselves too seriously as if the world centers around them and their relationships. Still, a good series to watch.
Season 1: Star studded cast of Steve Carrel, Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon makes the Morning Show (TMS) a must watch for that alone. A solid drama that sort of mimics the story of the Today Show and Matt Lauer’s sexual harassment allegations. At times the show tries too hard to get it’s point across, however after mid-season, it gets into it’s element and makes for some good viewing.
