A Muslim comedy series! Ramy is an American-Egyptian living in New Jersey and the show is about how he navigates around his somewhat conservative parents when he himself is anything but conservative. He is on his own spiritual journey to “find himself” and goes about it in a very entertaining yet consequential way. Ramy Youssef is a very talented comedian which becomes apparent in his free flowing acting ability and he deservedly won a Golden Globe for best actor in a TV series. Season 2 set to release on May 29, 2020.
