Another one of those movies that looked promising from the previews but fell flat after watching it. Enola Holmes, niece of the great Sherlock Holmes (played by fan favorite Millie Bobby Brown, Stranger Things fame) ventures out from her small English town and travels to London, where she finds herself embroiled in an affluent family’s internal inheritance dispute and a murder. There is no heads or tails of this movie and meanders through to an unsatisfying conclusion. Enola Holmes has received positive reviews by many, but this movie just didn’t have “IT”. I was waiting and waiting for the switch to turn on, but never happened.
